Does any of this sound familiar? In other words all empires rise and all empires fall. It is the luck of the draw or the happenstance of birth that situates us as spectators of the fall.

I know from experience as the Author of The Constitution Failed that if you question the viability of the American experiment even the most humble participant in that experiment becomes indignant. As I have been asked repeatedly, “How can you say, the Constitution failed don’t you mean, we failed the Constitution?” This always elicits my response, “Is that a distinction without a difference?”

Since the declared and understood purpose to the writing and ratification of the Constitution was to create and sustain a limited government and since We the People now face an unlimited government I maintain we must face the painful reality that the Constitution has failed. With that failure the experiment in individual liberty, personal freedom, and economic opportunity is hurtling towards a destination with destiny as we become like all the other nations of the earth: a command economy with a permanent political class.

The criminals who take over governments assume absolute power including the power to issue criminal orders that must be obeyed without question. That is clearly understandable as an involuntary association also known as slavery.

The Declaration of Independence was written so as to document the end of criminal government power accepted by Americans in placed called Colonies. So that time period, the spring and summer of 1776 dates the beginning of a period in time when slavery perpetrated by criminals posing as "the government" ended for all those who would volunteer to fight against the inevitable exertion of criminal government power.

Here is a list of 8,000 volunteers who were offered a deal by the criminal British to either join the British or die a horrible death as the criminal British perpetrate the crime now known as torture and mass murder within what is now known as a concentration camp. The criminal British, and all criminal governments, including the criminal Nazis, keep good records, and they do so because they need to know who produces anything worth stealing so as then to finance the criminal government: Empire, or Tyranny, or Despotism, or Imperialism. That ought to be a warning to all, as there is no good reason to apologize for the evils, including mass torture, even of babies, toddlers, children, girls, boys, no one is safe, and mass murder, perpetrated by criminals who take over governments, where said criminals use government to protect their kind from any defensive force whatsoever; there is no good reason to water down the facts and apologize for the worst evil criminals ever to exist.

Between 1776 and 1787 the volunteers - at great cost in property, limb, and life - defended everyone in America from the British criminal war of aggression for profit, which is the same crime perpetrated by the Nazis. The people managed this defensive costly effort of defense under the idea of a federation.

Up to 1787 America was not a criminal government run by criminals enforcing slavery and then using the profits to finance war of aggression for even more profit at the expense of the targeted victims. In the year 1787 Patriots fought what became the last battle of the Revolutionary War in the State of Massachusetts while the federation existed under The Articles of Confederation, as a working, voluntary federation, whereby any people in any independent State could voluntarily pay for or not pay for the government in that State, and States, as Countries, as Nations, could pay for, or not pay for, join or secede from the voluntary Federation. In other words slavery was not made legal at the federal level of government. In fact at the federal level of government, in the Articles of Confederation, those running the show wrote down in their rule book that they are subject to the common laws of free people, also known as the law of the land, also known as legem terrae, also known as trial by jury. That proves, beyond reasonable doubt, that the federal government was, up to 1787, NOT a Dictatorship, Tyranny, Empire, or other form of criminal government whereby the criminals running the show claim that they themselves are above the law.

"The Confederation, this despised government, merits, in my opinion, the highest encomium--it carried us through a long and dangerous war; it rendered us victorious in that bloody conflict with a powerful nation; it has secured us a territory greater than any European monarch possesses--and shall a government which has been thus strong and vigorous, be accused of imbecility, and abandoned for want of energy? Consider what you are about to do before you part with the government. Take longer time in reckoning things; revolutions like this have happened in almost every country in Europe; similar examples are to be found in ancient Greece and ancient Rome- -instances of the people losing their liberty by their own carelessness and the ambition of a few. We are cautioned . . . against faction and turbulence. I acknowledge that licentiousness is dangerous, and that it ought to be provided against. I acknowledge, also, the new form of government may effectually prevent it. Yet there is another thing it will as effectually do- -it will oppress and ruin the people."

So the answer to that can easily be dated at the moment Shays's Rebellion proved how dangerous to criminals running criminals governments a people can be when people are federated into very large geographical areas called States. As soon as the patriots were defeated those criminals running criminal governments began to work toward covering up the voluntary federation and to cover over the voluntary federation with a counterfeit version of a voluntary federation. Those criminals, included Alexander Hamilton, began to perpetrate a fraud that claimed to assemble Congress into a meeting that would amend the existing federation, but once the meeting began in Philadelphia in 1787 the criminals seeking to consolidate all the independent states into one Nation State (Imperialism, Nationalism, also known as Despotism, Tyranny, and Empire) threw out the existing voluntary federation and began to literally make slavery legal for them to perpetrate, whereby those running the new "government" would have absolute power to extract wealth and then invest wealth into war of aggression for profit.

I will ask again, has diversity been instrumental is harming the American Dream. My response is yes.

When I research the meaning of diversity, one word keeps popping up. That word is "various" and in the general sense diversity is related to the differences between peoples, lifestyles, habits, ethnics and the like.

Nations however, in the general sense, rely upon a doctrine of certainty. Nations have ground rules and our Nation has them also. The American Constitution is grounded in personal freedom in which the population controls the government and the government comes "from, by and of the people".

While the people forming that nation might be of a diversity in nature, the government is not as the government works within the constraints of the Constitution.

The will of the peoples is derived from the strength of the peoples constitution. It has one mission and one mission only, to insure the peoples and nations freedom.

When the "key" ingredient of that document, the people, decide that the key feature of that document needs change and try to diversify that document to include aspects of life not related to that document, personal values, that grounding of that document no longer has the strength of it's original intent, as unfortunate as it may be. A very thin line, the line of strength of purpose has been crossed and the strength of the original intent has been cut.

For all purpose and intent, personal business and lifestyle of any nature is no longer personal but public. The controlling document was not written with that in mind and as a result has been weakened to deal with personal matters as opposed to to public matters, for which it was originally formed.

The squeaking wheel gets the grease so to speak, while the remaining wheels remain un-greased.

Diversity has no place in government. Diversity belongs in the private arena of life. The fact that a person is of Italian decent or any other is of no importance. What is important and should be considered is, that person declare, for purposes of identification,that they are of the "public" of the nation which affords them the "private" lifestyle they desire.

Personal freedom is not "free", it has a cost in, line with benefit.

The foreign enemies of Liberty thus gaining leveraged Gold supplies are then leveraging - through bribes, and other purchases - power required to enforce the use of ONE MONOPOLY FRAUD MONEY, issued, like magic, from ONE PRIVATE CENTRAL BANK.

In order to ensure that the plan follows through to fruition the bribed officers of the former voluntary federation are then given absolute power to conscript any sized army they see fit to conduct any aggressive war for profit they are told to perpetrate; and so, on that note, Generalismo Washington invades the former free and independent nation of Pennsylvania, formerly federated into a voluntary mutual defense association, where common law trial by jury was the law of the land (still is) and that army of aggressors did precisely what the British criminals could not, which was to enforce the extortion payment so as to then empower the private Central Bank with the ability to print "legal tender" at will, as that "National Debt" scheme is designed to work precisely that way in various forms since Jesus was so upset about the Money Changers long ago.

If the word Empire means something then what does the word Empire mean?

Is it not a good idea to identify what is the subject of the matter? If an Empire is exemplified by a group of people who gain power by deceit, by threat of violence, and by ample demonstrations of violence, so as to enslave people and work people and steal the productive capacity of people, so as then to have the funding to hire more deceivers, more people able to threaten, and more people able to work effectively at demonstrating, by example, which violence will be perpetrated on anyone daring to disobey the order to pay the extortion fee, if that is Empire, then the obvious reason why Empires fall is found in a natural law called the law of diminishing returns.

Empire starts out with enough productive people cooperating in free markets, known as liberty, whereby productivity is expanding and productivity is accurately measurable as a steady increase in standards of living and a steady decrease in the cost of living for everyone except those unable or unwilling to volunteer to maintain and defend said liberty (free markets), and if there is no charity, then those needing charity are doomed without charity. So there is this target population of productive people which is necessary for an Empire, for without something to steal, without productive capacity earned in liberty, everyone is already man against man, doing unto others before anyone can do unto them, like rats on a sinking ship, each ever willing to kill each other, instead of offering a voluntary helping hand for mutual benefit. So there, in the cross hairs of the wannabe Emperors is a living, breathing, productive society capable of increasing the quality of life, decreasing the cost of life, and fully capable of defending itself, each individual no less then each other individual, from all enemies foreign and domestic, and do so with the power of defensive deterrence. So there is the target, the food for the Empire builders, the host with which the parasites aim to feed, and then the feeding frenzy begins, as the defenders fail to maintain effective deterrence, and one criminal act of violence begets another, and wiser, more competitive empire builders learn to set each competitor against each other competitor, while maintaining a counterfeit honor among thieves, consolidating the many competitive empire builders into one, offering each competitor a deal to either be crushed under the greater power or become another criminal empire builder on the take, as numbers of empire builders grow, again like rats, like parasites on the body politic, each former productive individual in liberty at a time, contending with each new demand by the growing population of empire builders, less and less productive capacity taken from those who invest it knowing how to increase productive capacity, no longer in command of earnings, causing scarcity of investment capital, as investment capital is spent on finding ever more efficient ways of deception, threat, and aggressive violence, inspiring the least able to defend themselves to join the empire building parasites, causing the parasitic numbers to grow and the productive numbers to shrink, eventually reaching that point at which the law of diminishing returns is past.
