Why Don't Blacks Start Their Own Businesses And Hire All Black People?

Blacks should start their own businesses like millions of whites and asians and hispanics do. Then they can practice all the affirmative action they want and hire all blacks. Why don't they do that? We all know why. You can't start a business when you can't read or count or even tell time.

So it comes down to the white people helping blacks like always. We're supposed to start the businesses and hire unqualified lazy drug-addicted blacks who just got out of prison.

Got me thinking about comments by calypso Louie Farrakhan during the gentle giant's funeral.

Referring to the dead gentle one, he said the allegations the giant robbed a store and strong-armed its clerk shortly before being gunned down weren't an excuse to shoot him, or words to that effect. But then he segued into a rant about in the Chicago hoods the mini-mart type stores and whatnot were all owned by Arabs!...or Chinese!...or Koreans! No blacks owned such stores. And of course those evil 'foreign' owners gave nothing to the community. Instead they TOOK the community's money in the form of their business profits out of the community. And of course the dopes listening to him cheered and shouted an amen or two.

The clear implication the race pimp was making was there must be some sort of conspiracy afoot to deny blacks investing in such businesses in thier own communities. They're being victimized again, for God's sake! Which is a much easier sell than explaining the hard facts that the store owners did whatever they had to do to scrape together the money needed to invest in those businesses and then put in the hours of work necessary to try to make a profit at the end of a year.

So the answer to the thread's title question is, at least to some blacks, that they're simply not allowed to open businesses in the hood because wise folks like calypso man have told them so.

What are you talking about? I can almost guarantee you that MOST of the start-up businesses in Worcester, MA in the last 10 years have been started by black of hispanic folks. Of course they're ILLEGAL businesses, like drug rings, car theft groups, and burglary outfits, but considering there's not much other business starting up in the second-largest City in Massachusetts, that's gotta be worth something.

What are you talking about? I can almost guarantee you that MOST of the start-up businesses in Worcester, MA in the last 10 years have been started by black of hispanic folks. Of course they're ILLEGAL businesses, like drug rings, car theft groups, and burglary outfits, but considering there's not much other business starting up in the second-largest City in Massachusetts, that's gotta be worth something.

And when organized crime in America was in its infancy stage, in the early part of the 20th century start up "small" businesses such as bootlegging, numbers running, murder for hire, extortion rackets AND drug dealing, who started those businesses. Over time, many of those "fine citizens" just decided to go legit.
