Why Does Pakistan Support the Taliban?

I had no idea of the background to this before reading this article. Why am I not surprised that it all stems from centuries of European colonialism and some idiots establishing illogical borders – the Durand Line.

think again----the Imperialist disruption of the area began in the eighth century AD----when the
Islamic armies swept into the area and imposed the stench of islam in previously peaceful,
Buddhist Afghanistan. Afghanistan has a very long and noble history----until that point in
history. It served as an interface between a thriving BUDDHIST society culturally centered
in a REAL CITY ----KABUL and the laudable culture of the Zoroastrians-----civilized Persia
(before the minions of Genghis Khan and arabs swept in and imposed the stench of islam
 
The bigger question is why the DNC knowing this problem of Taliban migrating to Pakistan and Pakistani sympathizers and operatives, yet still allowed so many Pakistanis have access to classified data and important officials & during a time we just killed their leader sponsor no less while they boasted vengeance.
