Why Do You Trust Matt Whitaker Would Be A Better AG? Because Trump Picked Him?

and watching Trump lovers later trash every appointment Cheeto makes is also amusing -- since it happens more often than trump making appointments that you cucks don't later trash..

Steve Bannon....trashed
Rex Tillerson....trashed
McMasters.....trashed
Sean Spicer....trashed
Priebus....trashed
Omarosa...trashed
Scaramuchi...trashed
Sessions...trashed

etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc
I'm not a Trump lover, chump.

But I'm also not an hysterical moonbat pants-pooper....Like Redd Foxx said; make sure to wash your ass every day.

No it’s not it if it was this argument would have been made when past Presidents did it but it wasn’t. This is yet another example of people pissing their pants over Trump doing something past Presidents have done outrage of convenience is no outrage at all.
The only president that kept firing AG's until he found one who would do his bidding is Nixon....if that is the standard you want to follow, by all means..go for it
Your question was why do you trust Whitaker to be AG why Trump fired Sessions and Nixon are irrelevant I trust him to be AG on a temporary basis because I have no reason not to.

No single past President HAS EVER appointed a temporary AG that had not already been given the advice and consent of the Senate.

There also is a law in place, that is specific to the AG's position that Trump's lawyers are ignoring, which gives the specific succession of the AG position while in wait for a new AG if the current AG resigns,

The Deputy Attorney General
the Associate Attorney General
and the Solicitor General

etc....

This law has the succession with these 2 positions and 1 or 2 others as a choice for the president to use in a temp position BECAUSE these positions also are required the advice and consent of the Senate so these replacements are already cleared, under the Constitution..

Trump took an Act for the replacement of GENERAL temporary administration positions and has tried to replace a SPECIFIC rule of law for the AG position, a PRINCIPLE position, but the replacement act was NOT for PRINCIPLE positions being replaced... it's for other admin positions that do not report directly to the President.

The Constitution is VERY CLEAR on this.... his lawyers, are idiots and trying to do something unconstitutional and unlawful.

Line of succession
U.S.C. Title 28, §508 establishes the first two positions in the line of succession, while allowing the Attorney General to designate other high-ranking officers of the Department of Justice as subsequent successors.[11] Furthermore, an Executive Order defines subsequent positions, the most recent from March 31, 2017, signed by President Donald Trump.[12] The current line of succession is:

  1. United States Deputy Attorney General
  2. United States Associate Attorney General
  3. Other Officers potentially designated by the Attorney General (in no particular order):
  4. United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia
  5. United States Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina
  6. United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas
