The "hate" crime is typically one of many crimes charged by the local constabulary; 95% of cases are settled by a plea bargain, under which the hate crime charge is forgotten in lieu of a robbery, ag. assault, homicide or whatever.

Your other numbers are also bullshit. The vast majority of homicides are same-race, but in 2013, 409 whites were killed by Blacks, and 189 Blacks were killed by whites. More than half of all U.S. homicides are committed by Blacks EVERY YEAR, despite the occasional whack-job terrorist white guy (whose totals are barely worthy of a footnote)...a pretty "good" record for 6% of the population.

If you want to impress someone, point to data produced by Sowell that is not factually correct.

Most "hate crime" statistics are total garbage, mathematically speaking. The "hate" crime is typically one of many crimes charged by the local constabulary; 95% of cases are settled by a plea bargain, under which the hate crime charge is forgotten in lieu of a robbery, ag. assault, homicide or whatever.

Your other numbers are also bullshit. The vast majority of homicides are same-race, but in 2013, 409 whites were killed by Blacks, and 189 Blacks were killed by whites. More than half of all U.S. homicides are committed by Blacks EVERY YEAR, despite the occasional whack-job terrorist white guy (whose totals are barely worthy of a footnote)...a pretty "good" record for 6% of the population.

If you want to impress someone, point to data produced by Sowell that is not factually correct.
