No. It's BECAUSE 70% of the people want taxes raised on the wealthy. And BECAUSE 85% of the people think corporations have too much influence on the government. And BECAUSE 65% of the people think that wealth is maldistributed in this country and we should have an income distribution like Sweden's.

And, in short, because the right-wing Tea Party types are NOT a majority.
