To me it is so pathetic. I mean seriously the actual unemployment rate is around 6% yet they delude themselves into thinking liberals are lazy, government moochers. Even most adults on food stamps have jobs and many of them vote republican lol. Of course, most people on food stamps are disabled, elderly, and children but good luck making them accept facts such as that.

If the liberals and Democrats are the unproductive lazy ones, why do the liberal Democratic states subsidize the conservative Republican states? Year after year the Blue states pay more in taxes than they get back from the Federal government. Year after year the exact opposite happens with Red states. They pay less to the government in taxes than they receive back from the government. The difference is made up by those Blue states. They subsidize the red states.

No, not control the means of production. That isn't at all what liberalism is about. As I said, we still support capitalism, we just want the government to intervene when it matters. All this means is improving worker rights, raising the minimum wage, giving the poor a safety net, and helping the middle class thrive.
