So why not tax lawyers 10% like tanning salons are in the ACA because tanning causes cancer!
Tax lawyers because they CAUSED $850 billion a year in wasted services BECAUSE of FEAR of lawsuits!
That $27 billion from lawyers would PAY a $5,000 annual premium for each and every one of the truly 4 million uninsured that want and need it!
So when the uninsured goes to the hospital the hospital "means" tests the payment potential and if NOT registers the patient and then sends
the claims to the "Uninsured Health Insurance Co.©" that pays the hospital! All out of the premiums paid by the Lawyers' tax!
pretty simple solution that in one application reduces
A) the $850 billion billed to insurance companies/Medicare out of fear of lawsuits..i.e. "defensive medicine"!
B) Reduces the "padding and passing" also known as getting uninsured expenses from those that pay! Hospitals won't be able to!
C) In turn forces insurance companies to lower premiums as state regulators will be looking to lower claim costs..i.e. Medical loss ratio!
So I ask you board members... WHY do you defend the lawyers that have been documented to be the primary cause of
