It's a rip-off until you need it.It seems that insurance companies have the dumbest ads having nothing to do with their offerings on TV. Does anyone have any idea why this is? It seems to me to be a detractor in that they're pissing away money that should be used to cover clams to pay for wasted time on TV and annoy us all instead. I for one would never buy insurance from any of these assholes. While Liberty and Progressive are likely the worst they're not alone by any means. Insurance companies always win
In the long term, yes, the insurance always do win.
But that doesn't mean there aren't individual winners among the premium payers.
If you buy a life policy at noon, leave the insurance company's office and immediately get him by a truck in front of the office, you made out like a bandit.
Ditto if you buy a medical policy and get diagnosed with Stage IV cancer the next week.
There are always people out there in the insurance market as well as in casinos, who are lucky

Mr. Namath is just a spokesman you know, just reading the copy. Although what I don't understand is why does Namath have a southern accent when he was born and raised in Pennsylvania?

If you only knew the rules Medicare puts forward regarding advertising for Medicare Advantage plans. Hopefully the agents in the call centers are telling the people who call the truth, but after checking a few out in the past couple of weeks they are not. There are big fines and loss of license for the bullshit they pull regardless of 1st amendment. Joe is off scott free.

Well Ridgerunner I feel harmed when someone replies to a post stating I have complained about being a victim when I know exactly what I'm talking about and very much more than you will ever know about Medicare or the rules. Find some posts where I've complained about being a victim. BTW the call center agents I dealt with have been reported to Medicare. Don't post when you know nothing about a subject.
