I have Michael Feldman's Whad'Ya Know? on right now. I didn't hear his opening monologue, but good chance it put down Romney, Ryan, Scott Walker and/or Tommy Thompson. It usually does lately. And now here he is doing a chat session with Tammy Baldwin. He's giving her a free infomercial for her senate campaign.

He is the most open Democrat shill I've come across on NPR (distributed by PRI but on the NPR stations).

    Why do I listen?

I guess I just want to be aware of what the other side is up to, and I've always been the type to poke a sore spot to see if it is still sore. This one sure is.

I listen to NPR more than any other station. I just tune out the bullshit.
They do have some good programming.

    They have a monopoly.

It's a disappointment that the right never seems to have calm, intelligent electronic media. The books, magazines, journals and websites are OK. But TV and radio are for shit: Hannity, Rush, and Fox News. Greeeaaat.

Same as everyone else, you hate commercials.

And as noted, excellent programming; particularly ME and ATC.

That is exactly why I listen to Feldman.

I keep Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me! on afterward for the more even-handed humor. But that's why I listen to Feldman.

Conservatives aren't very good at humor. Who is that conservative comedian they had/have on the NFL? I rest my case.

Public Radio is like right wing talk shows, with all the intellectual stimulating discussion removed.
