The problem lies with those that say that Christians hate or dislike those who are involved in homosexuality.

That is soooo unbiblical, yet expected of those that don't understand the Spiritual nature or true biblical understanding of man, sin, and God's view of it.

God views sin as the anti-thesis of Himself, as the bible says that He is holy, righteous in everyway. God does not sin. That is a given and the bible supports that.

Now we have a group of people with little or negligible bible understanding that see folks who are Christians protesting various "gay" agendas and immediately "buy" into the "they hate'em" mantra. That is actually good old false inductive reasoning.

First of all, Jesus died for sinners, and according to Romans Chapter 3 verse 23, we all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

So with that statement in the bible, we see that Jesus put His life on the line for those involved in homosexual activities, adultrous activies, dunkeness, slanderer's, coveters, liars, and on and on....

Now did Jesus hate everyone of the above mentioned perpetrators of God's righteousness? If that was the case, then Christ wouldn't have allowed both the Jews and gentiles/Romans to take Him to Golgotha and die there, a horrible death for our sins.

Remember that there were people that stood before the cross and mocked Him.........Saying things like, "If He is the Son of God, why doesn't He step off the cross, or call down a legion of angels to punish those who have done this to Him?". Jesus could have done this, but instead He "chose" not to. Yes, He allowed man to nail Him up there. Why? Cause He "LOVED" mankind..........Yes sinful, deceitful, sexually messed-up, and perverted mankind...........LOVE'EM!

There is no greater sign or exercise of love, then that a man give his life for another or in Jesus' case for "all" others.

Sadly, yet predictably, unsaved or non-Christian mankind looks for the worst in those that exhibit a state of being that is leaps and bound beyond their psyche's ability to understand when it comes to "goodness". The bible calls male/male or female/female, sexual relationships as "sin". It is not the way God created humanity. God also calls relationships involving a married individual with a person other than their spouse, "sin".

Is homosexuality considered a greater sin than adultery, or even fornication(unmarried couples having sexual intercourse)? NO!

Does God hate the sinner? NO!

So some of you no dout will bring up Sodom and Gommorhah, yet those who died their will not go to hell without standing before the "risen" Christ, and having their chance to profess Him as Lord and Savior, and God Almighty.

All from the OT times who have died before the advent of Christ will have their day or time, as the N.T. states that Christ in His 3 days before the ressurrection, went and declared and displayed His salvation work to those who have been asleep or died.

No one is exempt. The person who lives the "goodie two shoes" life and never looks at one web page of porn, nor swears, nor does anything that can be observed as blatant sin, is exempt. All have fallen short of the glory of God.

If we don't sin in action, we've sinned in our thoughts.

Christians still sin, but they also have been transformed by the work of God through the receiving in the soul, the "Helper", "Comforter", "Spirit of Christ". Christians are without excuse when they sin, and their consciences are made very alive to sin, yet they still will sin as they carry the old unredeemed flesh and mind-thoughts of their old Adamic life, that was crucified and buried at the cross in Christ. Galatians 2:20.

Those that are not Christians are "sinners" by nature. Their inner man/woman has only the proclivity to sin, as the things of God are "foreign" to their souls/minds. Without the entrance of the Holy Spirit into that "fallen" mind/soul, sinning does not prick their conscience.

Works: Humanity does all kinds of humanitarian works to feel good about themselves. This is the never ending plight of "lost" man trying to assuage a "convicted" conscience.

Christians don't do humanitarian works to assuage a guilty conscience, but do it out of a love of mankind, as the "Spriit" of Christ indwells their souls, and prods them forward into these endeavors. It is done to "glorify" God, not themselves, as the true Christian realizes that their salvation was not by any "goodie two shoe" deeds that they performed. It happened by the pre-Christian accepting God's love through the life of His Son, Jesus Christ as the propitiation for their sinful nature/lives.

Can a Christian do a homosexual act? YES!!! Can a Christian commit sin............YES! Do they become non-Christians as a result of sinning. NO! As the bible says, when one becomes a Christian, that person becomes a new creation/creature in Christ; seated in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus.

So whether this has been talked about or not, those who are in bondage to the homosexual life, can indeed be "saved", yet God will continue to work on their minds/souls through His indwelling Holy Spirit to convince them of their folly or sin.

Yes, there are folks out there that are sometimes Chritians that will exhibit very vitreolic attitudes towards those that are living homosexually. Those Christians are wrong! God will, and is working on those that are true Christians also convicting them in their consciences that it is the "sin" not the person that they must focus on when it comes to abhorring something. The "person" is loved by God, and has but one chance to be redeemed before physical, earthly death, and Christians must pray and pray for God to melt their hearts where they are disliking or hating the person who sins and aim that negative energy at the act or sin iteself.

Christians must remember that once, they-to, were living in bondage to sin as Adamic humans who also needed the New Adam/Jesus Christ. Grace: Unmerited favor..........That means that we can't earn God's love, but must accept it with a contrite and repentant heart.

We must love the homosexual, adulterer, and all who have not "received" Christ by their own free, human volition.
