Why Are You A Communist?

Look at the libs circling the wagons. But none of them are communists, right? :lmao:
Are you a Fascist?

Or is this baiting thread coming from the mentality:
Fascism is a form of socialism you blithering idiot.

No. try a course or two at a community college. Poli Sci. 101.

Then you will have the knowledge required to participate in more sophisticated discussions with educated people.

We have lots of them here. I wish I had a bitch, name-call, and cliché filter for this thread since I'd like to hear some honest introspection rather than all the same old saws. So what attracts you about communism?

Perhaps if you could name some of the 'communists' here at USMB, they could engage you with a discussion about why they are communists.
Don't they know if they're a communist or not?

Sweetnam is the accuser. Let him name the accused, prove his accusation is accurate, or shut the fuck up and quit making a fool of himself.
Show us where he accused anyone. You must have a guilty conscience.

It's tough to discuss anything rational with irrational folks.

Apparently, they define any form of government, any political ideology that does not mesh perfectly with their own as "Communist". They also seem to believe that Fascism equals socialism. As if the National Socialist party (what we call Nazis) are, in fact Socialists. Tell me, you political scholars who posed the OP, is the People's Republic of China the 'people's' or a 'republic'? Is the Democratic People's Republic of Korea any of those things other than Korean?

It's every bit as frustrating as a three year old asking "Why?" after every sentence.

If I did that, I'd be at the same educational level as you -- Stupid.

Even a casual perusal of Wiki for 7th Graders would show that I am correct.

But you enjoy being stupid, it helps you fit in with your stupid friends.

Fascism is a form of paleo-socialism...... A Totalitarian State with The People under the heel of an Iron Boot.

A Republic is a form of democracy, but not quite a democracy.

Democratic Socialism is still socialism, but with newer, kinder twist.

You're just stupid. No other way around it.

Might I recommend Hal Draper The Two Souls of Socialism 1966

But you're not interested in actual, real learning, you're interested in conformity.

Stupidity becomes you

9 Things You May Not Know About Mussolini History in the Headlines

2. Mussolini was a socialist before becoming a fascist.

Born to a socialist father, Mussolini was named after leftist Mexican President Benito Juárez. His two middle names, Amilcare and Andrea, came from Italian socialists Amilcare Cipriani and Andrea Costa. Early in Mussolini’s life, for instance, those names seemed appropriate. While living in Switzerland from 1902 to 1904, he cultivated an intellectual image and wrote for socialist periodicals such as L’Avvenire del Lavoratore (The Worker’s Future). He then served in the Italian army for nearly two years before resuming his career as a teacher and journalist. In his articles and speeches, Mussolini preached violent revolution, praised famed communist thinker Karl Marx and criticized patriotism. In 1912 he became editor of Avanti! (Forward!), the official daily newspaper of Italy’s Socialist Party. But he was expelled from the party two years later over his support for World War I. By 1919 a radically changed Mussolini had founded the fascist movement, which would later become the Fascist Party.

Love how the gutless fucks at THC had to throw in that Musso was 'radically' changed.... He wasn't. He was somewhat changed, but not radically so.

Anybody with a brain (which excludes dimocrap scum) can look at Fascism and see it's a 1st Cousin of socialism.

But, dimocraps are stupid. Aside from being scumbags

As practiced in Russia, Germany, Italy and China, both Communism and Nazism/Fascism were more properly criminal conspiracies than ideologies.

Bands of thugs, the whole bunch.

I commend Tom Sweetnam for this thread. He outed a number of commies without having to name even one. They just stood up and outed themselves. Brilliant, Tom.

yeah, YOU and HIM ... you're both Communists.

So can anyone name the nations that have practiced Marxist communism?
Can anyone name a pure capitalist nation?
Can anyone name a pure socialist nation.
Can anyone name a nation that practices a mixture of socialism/capitalism?

What is obvious from this thread is that a lot of people don't understand the meanings of certain words. (Like Communism, Socialism and Fascism)

Sure they do.

Anybody who doesn't think like them is a communist, socialist, or fascist.

Exactly. The OP starts with the assumption that there are many communists on our board. And can't factually establish that. No one here can name a communist. And when I ask you to factually establish your assumption......you guys call it 'deflection'.

Um, that would be called 'evidence'.

They are the masters of debate! LOL!

Hell, they prolly don't even know the definition.

Who says anyone here is a communist? YOu're offering us a 'when did you stop beating your wife' fallacy. A classic 'loaded question' fallacy.

Factually establish your assumptions first.

You forgot "paranoid" fallacy, Skylar.

I'll stick with the 'loaded question' fallacy to start. Factually establish your assumption first.
You're obviously one of them, otherwise the thread wouldn't interest you so much. Are you ashamed to admit it or something?

Laughing....so anyone who asks any questions, asks for any evidence, must be a communist?

Well, if you can't name a communist, perhaps you can make one up! Which begs the question: if you're just going to invent communists when none appear, does anyone else even need to be here?
Still deflecting, aren't you? If you're not a communist, why are you so defensive? If you are, why are you reluctant to discuss it?

You're in over your head.

And by deflecting, you mean asking you 'what communists'?
S.J. has in his hand a list of two hundred and five people that were known to the Secretary of State as being members of the Communist Party and who nevertheless are still posting on USMB.

You'd think it would be remarkably to name names then. And yet.....jack shit.
