I once heard from a person from Israel that said people from their nation don't support space because "it is against god's word" lol

Well religious strife can stay on Earth while we Americans have fun!

Our country was created on exploration. The old world has fallen to socialism....get just enough to get by and that's it......never look up, don't strive....we haven't completely lost that yet..but the left wingers are trying real hard to stop it....

Man, in this case Americans, approached leaving our world to explore what’s out there in space and safe round trip flights to the moon much like man approached leaving land to explore what’s out there across the vast seas and safe round trip voyages to faroff lands.

We’re still today the only country to explore the moon. As Americans we recognize we’re the space leaders and thus much support these days to boost our space program. The eventual question though I think is going to be how much government vs. private industry involvement in whatever’s ahead out there.

Because aerospace is the quality we Americans do BETTER than anybody else. WE are the ones who invented the airplane. WE are the ones who broke the sound barrier. WE are the ones who put men on the moon SEVERAL times. WE are the ones who put advanced robot explorers of Mars. WE are the ones who sent space probes which have left this solar system and are still functioning! Need I say more?

But what has America done lately?? ....

You could always look at our newest aircraft and technology. And the fact that America's newer space telescopes are advanced enough that in recent years they've detected many hundreds of rocky, Earth-sized planets in other solar systems many light years away. Which may well have similar, life-friendly conditions to Earth. What other country has discovered as many exo-Earths in other solar systems as the USA?
