All 2700 plus pages of it...I am at page 100.
Sec1004 mentions implementation of the Act on Jan 1.2014.
Other provisions were implemented within 60 or 90 days of enactment of the Act.

This Act will not fix anything. It will make health insurance more available BUT, the Act leaves out over 20 million people. Additionally, health care will become MORE expensive.
The Obama admin may have figured out a way to control price. But cannot control COSTS.
The cost of equipment, medicines, research and development of new medical technologies and medicines and of course the cost of education for prospective medical professionals.
Medical care costs cannot be controlled with the stroke of a pen. Therefore government will have to subsidize recipients to control their PRICE. When it's all said and done, private insurance will become non existent as the federal government uses it's power to undercut the premiums private insurers must charge. This is the goal. To have all Americans in a single payer government run program. And as we see in the western European socialized medicine countries, we will be buried under massive debt.
Taxes? Yer kidding. Taxes will have to be dramatically increased to pay for the 50% of us who will not pay a dime.
Rationing of care is an inevitability.
Read the Act. The Secretary of Health and Human Services has absolute discretion over the Act. That means the power to regulate and the power to tax.
The parasites...Those that live on the fringes and those who are lifetime recipients of the government dole will find that there's no free lunch.
Medical facilities unable to keep up with costs( how many City owned Hospitals in New York City have been shut down over the years...HMMMMMMMMMMM?) will be forced to close.

This is a devastating Law. It is a job killer and an economy crusher.
