WHY 14TH Amendment MUST BE REPEALED.

14th Amendment must be appeal before any kind of reform is thought about, because it alone is bankrupting this country. Anchor babies can and do collect welfare, food stamps, Medicaid, public housing assistance and their parents, who are in this country illegally benefit through them. Anchor babies qualify on their parent income and since they are low income earners they qualify. (at the expense of the American tax payers)

An example of who the state cuts the monthly checks to is an unemployed 43-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico who gets $650 a month for each of her four children and about $500 in federal food stamps and other vouchers.
Its still chump change compared to what the state spends—between $4 billion and $6 billion annually—on schools, jails and hospitals for illegal immigrants. Yes..the 14th is pretty appealing. Because there is no such thing as an "anchor baby". There are such things as native born American Citizens.

And the 14th insures nutbars can't pick and choose.
 
All we have to do is build a wall, actually patrol it and the border, fine businesses that hire illegals, and cut all welfare programs that illegals take advantage of. Also throw in a national law similar to Arizona's, and we'll see a mass exodus.
 
You mean 'repealed', don't you? Amendments can't be appealed, they're the basic law of the land, like the rest of the Constitution.

The numbers of illegal aliens in this country have gone DOWN.

Why?

The Obama administration sent troops to the borders to patrol them, is fining businesses for hiring illegals, and is sending many illegal back to their countries in record numbers.

As for all the other stuff..welfare programs? Come on..you need identification.. Please, continue the myths.
 
It doesn't need to be repealed, just followed. The 14th ammedment; Section 1 says:

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Since illegal aliens are not under the jurisdiction of the United States (because they aren't citizens) then nor are their babies, even if born on U.S. soil.

The lack of conservatives to understand the just what Constitution says, is astounding.

This is also the reason why the Bush Administration violated the United States Constitution on numerous occasions.

You bolded the wrong part. Perhaps that's where your confusion lies.

'Any person' is qualified by the phrase 'within it's jurisdiction', which an illegal alien doesn't fall under. Believing otherwise would render citizenship status irrelevent.

I would rather participate in an armed revolt than see the Equal Protection,Privilege and Immunity or Due Process clause be repealed! I want to see the birthright clause repealed, but that is about it!

In the entire constitution, there are only a few clauses I don't like. The 16th Amendment (I want it replaced with the Fair Tax), the citizenship clause of th 14th amendment and woman sufferage ( if you seen how my wife votes you would understandjust kidding)!
 
Anyone else ever notice how Conservatives want to erode freedom? Repeal the 14th amendment, repeal the 17th amendment, enforce DADT, champion racial profiling.

And on it goes. Seems that as far as the Right is concerned, we have too much freedom.

It would be GREAT to repeal the fucking 17th Amendment, though.
