Who's the Daddy?

Pfizer is recalling one of its lines of birth control pills. I see law suits in the billions over this one.

If a pregnancy occurs....who is the "daddy"? Should Pfizer be financially responsible for the care,feeding, housing and education of any babies that result from this?

I think they should be.

No. We know what causes pregnancy and you are allowed other options no matter how much you may or may not like them (such as abortion). The company should not be liable for the child in total. They should, however, have to pay reparations to anyone affected. It just should not be the sum total of 'care, feeding, housing and education" as you put it. That is a little insane.
