Citizens United vs. Federal Election Commission resulted in U.S. corporations being able to spend their money in elections...

As far as i know it is still illegal to accept foreign campaign funds.....but Obama may just go ahead and use a loophole...such as a foreign corporation with a U.S. subsidiary...
