i took my kids there back when they were willing to be seen in public with me. :lol:
they actually just got a grant from the national preservation commitee or something my mother said.

yup, $100K. they deserve it, too.

my mom has about four animals in their garage right now. I grew up around them. One time my mom restored a whole carrousel from Maryland and at one point it was all over our house, I didn't think it was magical when I had to look around horses to watch television.:lol:
They are pretty awesome and I love the fact my mom does what she does, she has helped save many carrousels from being broken up or closed. She did quite a bit for the one in New Orlean that was damaged by flood waters.
