Jesus was by no reasonable definition a conservative. He agitated for progresive social change, peace, and against the accumulation of earthly riches.

smite you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also.

neighbor, and hate your enemy.

do good to them that hate you, and pray for those who despitefully use
you, and persecute you;

5:45 That you may be the children of your Father which is in heaven:
for he makes his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sends

5:46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? do not
even the publicans the same?

5:47 And if you salute your brothers only, what do you more than
others? do not even the publicans so?

6:14 For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father
will also forgive you:

6:15 But if you forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your
Father forgive your trespasses.

6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and
rust corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

6:20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth
nor rust corrupts, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

In his greatest speech, Jesus demands that his follows be non-violent, non-vengeful, non-aggressive, that they take care of the poor as a matter of paramount importance, and to love all your fellow man. That those who horde money, those who kill even in vengeance, those who cultivate enemies are evil men.

Cutting social safety nets and programs to care for the poor, keeping all the money one makes with no limits or restraints, and the expansion of military dominance via spending on programs and weapons to kill people and even engaging in wars are central tenets of conservativism. Jesus was clearly and adamantly opposed to this and instead advocated for peace and equality.
