Who holds more power??

The President or The Speaker of the House?? Is it shared power or is one greater than the other??

Definitely the President. Given his foreign affairs duties, position as CIC and ability to veto measures passed by a majority of Congress, there's no comparison. The Speaker's greatest power is to be obstructionist, which we're seeing today.

The obvious answer between the two people is the President. The President has an entire branch of government revolving around him. The Speaker, on the other hand, merely manages one half of one branch.

Now, if we were talking about whether the Legislative or Executive branch were more powerful, I would have to say neither. They don't share power, really. They each hold distinct powers.

How long does it take Both the House and Senate to Pass a Bill? How long does it take a President to Sign or Veto a Bill? How long does it take a President to Write and Process an Executive Order? To Call for an Invasion? Play the back nine? Fly from D.C. to Anywhere?

Being the Speaker is more like Nailing Jello to a wall, not being aloud to freeze it first. ;)

The House is passing bills. The only obstructionist is Harry Reid in the Senate. He pocket vetoes the House bills so Obama doesn't have to. Then Obama can lie about the R's in the House. That is the fact, live with it.

So is it right for the POTUS to bypass Congress and criticize the Supreme Court?? Really, should he have that power??

Will ignoring laws help or hurt him in the long run??

He is entitled to his opinion and voice. He should not be above the Law though.
