Who else doesn't like this new reputation system?

None of my posts are insane and most have some thought behind them, but I constantly get negative reputation from the rightwing nutjobs on this board(*edited).

Do any of you rightwingers get negative reputation for stupid reasons or is it just me, and I'm sure nakedemporer and acludem get it too.

Its just that the comments I get are so stupid. I don't mind if someone gives me negative reputation for saying something dumb like "Bush is Hitler", but it gets old checking what people like and don't like and its the same people over and over again making stupid comments.

I would just like to explore issue and concerns without getting bogged down in name calling and personal attacks.
You pretend to provide a place where Freedom of Speach is promoted, but just end up beating down new comers who don't share you zeal for Neo-conseritism.
I not going to stoop to the level of bashing others views or opions, liberal or conservative.
If you know a site where mature opend minded people post I would love to go there.

Actually, no, that's not true. We have quite a few liberals that have been on the board for nearly a year that I have no issues with whatsoever, and I don't agree with a damn bit of what they write. They just happen to not come off as pompous asses.

Ya know Jimmy..this is a great board! No, I don't agree with everyone here, but I tend to
either avoid those threads, or post and take the flack. It's easy to do, and I've found here, unlike some boards, opposition to the main stream does not ALWAYS result in condemnation, if the opposing view is written with thought and at least a little bit of tact.

It's a much more intelligent board overall than many out there. Good Job!
