However ultimately it is entirely the fault of each and every voter who has continued to vote for the same failed policies of failure for the last 50-75 years

Considering how recent the 9/11 attack and the willingness of Republicans to say, "You are with us or with the terrorists" and what they passed through "reconciliation", I don't understand how Democrats share the blame.
