Who do we elect for president?

Do we elect a single person....or are we now electing a first....couple?


Truthfully i as sick to death of the first ladies using their positions as "wives" to carry out what ever agenda or cause or pet project it is they want.

I was sick to death of nancy regan....sick to fucking death of hilary clinton....and sick to deat of michelle obama.

I just watched this on ABC news.

So michelle wants another 4 years to continue....her work? What work? Who says she cannot continue any and all of this.... why didn't she do it before her husband was elected president?

She loves the "job" ...what "job"?

And just as an aside.... if you don't want you children used for political fodder....don't use them for photo ops and put them out there for comment......and throw them under the bus.

Ive always been annoyed when First Ladies start acting like we elected them to do something. Thats one of the reasons I always liked Laura Bush. She didn't act that way.

This has been going on for a lot longer than just the last few. In the last months of the Wilson administration Edith Wilson signed her husband's name to a bunch of stuff because he was too far out of it.

What they do in the bedroom, i could care less about. That is personal between them.

I do care when the wives seem to think their new job constitutes making policy.. ie health reform a la hillary or being a diplomat.
