I wouldn't know; I don't watch Letterman. Personally, I see no point in attacking her children when there's more than enough material about her alone for 10 years of jokes.

The answer to that is definitely Sarah Palin. But--democrats did the same thing when Ronald Reagan started to make a stir--& long before he announced his run for the Presidency.

While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75-year-old Texas rancher whose hand was caught in a gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man. Eventually the topic got around to Sarah Palin and her bid to be a heartbeat away from being President. The old rancher said, "Well, ya know, Palin is a post turtle..." Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a 'post turtle' was. The old rancher said, "When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a post turtle." The old rancher saw the puzzled look on the doctor's face, so he continued to explain: "You know she didn't get up there by herself, she doesn't belong up there, she doesn't know what to do while she's up there, and you just gotta wonder what kind of dumbass put her up there to begin with!"

to me Sarah Palin is a non-entity...so if she has tried to be a clown i would not know....i dont pay much attention to her...and i dont see why anybody would dwell on her...especially the Dems.....

They are where the Republicans were 8 years ago. In other words, they fear no one because they are on top. Remember how all the talk radio prophets went on and on about a permanent conservative majority and could hear the death knells of liberalism? Both sides seem to forget that it is cyclical and the pendulum just keeps swinging. Liberals don't fear Palin. They loathe her and they laugh at her, but they don't fear her. They would love for her to be the next Republican nominee for President.
