Who Can Exclude Whom?

Gays can exclude straights from their bars.

Gays can exclude straights from gay softball teams.

The Boy Scouts can exclude gays.

The Congressional Black Caucus can exclude whites.

Colleges can exclude whites.

BUT...

Businesses cannot exclude blacks from employment.

Businesses cannot exclude most anyone from employment.

Property sellers cannot exclude Hispanics.

ETC.

Shouldn't everyone get to decide their company? And if they reject company that would have made them better off, too bad?
