first it's the state employees that were being paid too much. Today I hear people saying that Federal employees are being paid too much. How much are you people getting paid who are complaining about this?

I got to admit someone is plenty good getting people who have nothing going for them to go out and fight to make sure others have nothing going for them, well at least until we get to those who have dam near destroyed our nation, they can get paid whatever it is they are worth, and dam it they deserve those 141,000 bonus checks from their employers on wall street and the banks.

But really I would like to hear just where do you people stand on the wealth/income ladder?

If you're working two or three or four minimum wage jobs and making ends meet by just a few dollars at the end of the month, would the 147th richest man think that you are now part of the 'new middle class'?

Why haven't you Conservatives (who love to tout what they think of as intellectual superiority) figured out that when you consolidate wealth as your bone headed "trickle down" theory has done so magnificently, you slow the economy to a standstill and impoverish the very customers the wealthy need to trade with.

I'm a caseworker. I gross about $2600 a month.

When public sector employees are the only group that is gainfully employed, and they are making more than people in the public sector doing the same thing, then people start to notice.
