As a data dump, Ron Brownstein's piece in the National Journal about the "white flight" of voters from the Democratic Party is fantastic. In 2010, 60 percent of whites nationwide supported Republican candidates for the House of Representatives, an unprecedented gain for the party. Likewise, Republican Senate candidates improved on their share of the white vote relative to 2008. What's more, white voters show deep hostility to President Obama's agenda. 65 percent of whites disapprove of the president's performance—compared to 22 percent of nonwhites—and 49 percent of whites said they strongly disapproved. Those whites, as Brownstein notes, voted Republican by a ratio of 18-to-1.

According to Chris Mathews of MSNBC,every chance he gets he points out the fact that the republican Party is full of white people.He has even gone as far as calling them racists as well.

I wonder if they took the time to delve into this further they would find that it is actually the more educated voters are turning into the conservative ranks, not just the color of their skin. This could mean Independents, Tea Partiers or Republicans.

It'll never change with minorities..........particularly for blacks, you are always going to get at least 85% of them voting Dem...........its a culture thing. They view the Dems as providing the most free handouts, thus, the automatic vote.

The people who are leaving the dem party are doing it because they are not liberal enough.

They are not leaving because they decided the Rs are right.


They are NOT moving over to the R party.


Blacks will never vote republican because the republican party atively works to keep black voters from voting.

Chinese people want to be like the USA. I expect a massive Civil war in China. One day they will reach their limit, almost a billion people in poverty is unsustainable. Further they hate the abortion as policy.

Mexicans of course love Americans, it will not be too long before they realize the Democrat party is not American. I am beginning to articulate that point to my Mexican friends and they understand.

Lets just hope the Republicans as in the politicians wake up and turn back all the tax and regulation that has destroyed the USA.
