White man slaps screaming black kid - No injury - Gets 8 months in prison

Unbelievable. Fucking ape needed to shut up. If its mother can't shut it up don't take it on a damn plane. The man was going to see his son who was in the hospital on a life support...

Pay your rent you fucking ape

 He actually thinks he's better than somebody. National Socialist couldn't even scrounge up enough money to pay for a plane ticket.

I can't even imagine what I'd do in that situation. If someone ever touched my child, I just don't know.
I do. The guy would not have been facing a judge but a undertaker.

There is NEVER any excuse for hitting an 8 month old baby....none.

I don't know what kind of punishment I would give that man, but he most definitely would not get away with what he did if it had been left up to me.

God bless you and that little boy and his mom always!!!

Holly

P.S. If I had been that boy's mom, I would have been all over that man.

As usual, frothing leftists have problems with comprehension. As far as I know it's not a crime to allow your kid to be a roving pig in public.

I'm nearly 100% certain you have no clue what I meant when I wrote that, so save both of us the headache and move along.

One of us did not understand.

If the kid in the restaurant is bothering you, you can always leave. Not so with the kid on the airplane.

If you are in a fancy restaurant, and are paying a lot for your meal, no, you aren't going to leave. The parents need to be told to take the child outside until it calms down.

It is different in an airplane, because it is public transportation and the child has paid for a seat. If the child is being disruptive for the sake of being disruptive, the parent needs to talk to them and try to quiet them down, but never, never, a "baby" who doesn't understand and certainly nobody has any reason to slap a baby, I don't care what their excuse is.

The family will pay for the meal just like a passenger will pay for a seat. The inconvenience of other humans - including children as you once were - exists in this world whether you like it or not. On a plane, in a restaurant, at the park - they're everywhere! Deal with it or stay home with the lights out and the doors locked.

That's not a reasonable comparison. A family can pay for their child to go to an adult movie, but that doesn't mean other movie goers need to put up with the inconvenience of their crying or misbehaving.
There are many places that are not intended for small children. That is why we have nurseries in the church, because babies and small children are not expected to remain quiet for the duration of the sermon, and others should not have to put up with the inconvenience of not being able to hear what is being said because some family decides they want to keep their child with them. And that is not indicative that the child is not liked or appreciated, in fact the contrary. It is recognized that the child would be better off in an environment that would lend itself for the child to be comfortable and themselves.

You also would not take a child to work with you, your boss would not put up with the disruption, and neither would other workers.

Flying in an airplane is a totally different thing. There may not be any other way for that family to get from point A to point B, it is public transportation.

And, no, I don't have to stay home just because some parents believe that their children will be tolerated in places where they don't belong, they are the ones that need to stay home if they don't have sense enough to realize that others don't have to put up with their children's unruly behavior.

Of course it is. In public places you will run into 'the public.' To expect otherwise is delusion. Why not have separate flights just for families with children because you happen to find human life inconvenient?

Some people seem to think they are owed some sort of 'right' to pretend their actual lives are like some terrible tv drama/comedy set in NY or LA where apparently no one but singles between the ages of 21 - 40 exist.

I don't find flights with children inconvenient. Are you having trouble comprehending what I am saying. I said in airplanes, it is different, just like when riding a bus, a train or a boat....there are going to be children and it's fine with me, geez....

Yes, if I'm going to shell out over $100 dollars for a "quiet" meal in some fine restaurant with ambiance, I certainly don't want it to be like eating at home, only with someone else's children. That's why there are Chuckie Cheeze, Cicci's, McDonalds, and other kid friendly restaurants. Not everyone enjoys the cries and outbursts of your little angels.....and I believe restaurants are beginning to take notice that some parents eat out just so they can let someone else entertain their kids.

Rent a room in an expensive hotel and order room service. Be sure to lock the door real good. I'm sure it will be great and free of those pesky 'humans.'

More affirmative action BS. If the races were reversed, the slapper would have been a hero.

Man Who Slapped Toddler on Flight from Mpls. Sentenced to 8 months | KSTP TV - Minneapolis and St. Paul

01/06/2014
A federal judge on Monday sentenced a man who pleaded guilty to slapping a crying toddler on an Atlanta-bound flight to serve eight months in federal prison.

Joe Rickey Hundley was accused of using a racial slur to refer to the 19-month-old boy, who's black, and hitting him under the eye as the flight from Minneapolis descended to the Atlanta airport last February. He pleaded guilty in October to simple assault after reaching a plea agreement with prosecutors.

Hundley, who lived in Idaho at the time, was on a Delta flight from Minneapolis to Atlanta on Feb. 8 and was seated in a window seat next to Bennett, who was sitting in the aisle seat and had her 19-month-old son on her lap, according to court filings.

As the plane descended into Atlanta, the child started crying. Hundley leaned over to Bennett and "told her to shut that (N-word) baby up," according to a sworn statement from an FBI agent who investigated the incident. Bennett asked Hundley what he had said, and he leaned in with his face next to hers and said it again, prosecutors have said.

Hundley then slapped the child's face, leaving a scratch below his right eye, the FBI agent's statement says.

Hundley's only son was in a coma in Atlanta after an insulin overdose that was the result of a suspected suicide attempt, Shein has said. Hundley had spent the prior day talking to his ex-wife and doctors after his son was declared brain dead, Shein said, and he booked a last-minute flight to Atlanta so he and his ex-wife could take their son off life support.

"I made the most terrible day in my life much worse for me and for others," Hundley told the judge.

assaulting children ?

see how racist your right wing party is

Would you want a stranger to slap your child? White, black, yellow, blue, green...whatever?

And affirmative action has nothing to do with the case.

this is how far the right in this country has fallen.

they support attacking peoples children

Well, back to reading comprehension class for you.....you seem to be making up stuff that's not even there.

I like humans....the ones I don't like are the ones like you, who can't read, or comprehend, and can't tell the difference between places where they can take their children and places where they can't.

I don't mind children in airplanes, and this idiot is lucky it wasn't my baby he slapped.

But in a restaurant, break out the brass knuckles, eh?

Well while y'all are throwing down at each other about dealing with the public and having kids with you, in ways both of you are right, so what you do is go to a place like Olive Garden where they are going to start childcare while you are out.

Combination of ideas, come together and agree.. Businesses that are smart make good changes, and in this cases Olive Garden solved both of your problems..

That's right, smart business people realize that noisy, crying children don't make for a nice peaceful meal....hell, even at home I wouldn't let my kids scream and shout during meal time.

Also, I don't consider Olive Garden a swanky restaurant. I expect to see kids at Olive Garden. And, I actually wouldn't mind children at fancy restaurants, but if they are going to scream and act unruly, I expect the parents to take them outside or to the bathroom until they calm down.

It's amazing how some can take what one says and twist it around just so they can be dickheads. And, I wasn't saying that about you, you certainly aren't being a dickhead.

To be a substitute teacher you sure have reading comprehension issues. She plainly stated there is a time and place to have your children disturb the public. A upper echelon restaurant is not one of them if you cannot keep your child from disturbing people paying to have a quiet dinner.

What are the sentencing guidelines for Federal Assault and Battery conviction?

Did he get the high end, low end, or middle?

And why is everything about skin color for the racist conservatives on USMB?

Stop changing the subject. Did the man deserve 8 months in prison for this? That's the question.

And as long as we have this white-hater in the white house, everything is about affirmative action. Obozo wants separate rules for black and white on all issues.:clap2::clap2::clap2:

So now it's racism for whites to ask for equal treatment under the law?. We all know that if the races were reversed here obozo would have gone on tv and sided with the blacks, like he did in zimbo/sambo. "Normally i think it's wrong to strike a child but everyone is sick of the way white people let their brats run wild and ruin things for the rest of us while management does nothing. Someone has to stand up to the incredible rudeness of whites?" And the press would have agreed .
