There are two things that motivate people, money and sex. The economy has failed, unemployment is at 9% and that's optimistic some say the real unemployment is at 15%, including underemployment it might be as high as 25%. Gasoline is getting into unaffordable which will spike the cost of everything else, especially food. This is all part of the democrat plan to tank the whole economy. All they have is to deflect into sex, and government control there too. The government needs to create a brand new right that they must now fill. The right to have sex. So far there still exists a right to say no, but that will go too.
Does Santorum have the right to personal beliefs?
If Santorum said that he didn't cheat on his wife, the left would have him putting adulterers behind bars and stoning them.

Well I'm unfamiliar with his position on this subject. Myself, I don't believe women belong in dangerous jobs be they military or not. Not because I don't think they're capable but because I was raised to protect women and the weak. Placing them in harms way is contrary to that.

Or if a state wanted to ignore all federal pollution guidelines, that would be the states right also?
