Without the previous legislation your scenario is moot. The bush administration saw the red flags and tried to rein things in but congress wouldn't budge. And Barney Frank was leading the opposition.

As to the bill you pointed out that is yet another liberal idea that was promoted by bush (a big spender). Had he been a democrat you would be defending the bill.

The bill passed the GOP House over powerless Frank's opposition, only to be killed in committee by the GOP controlled Senate!!! This question is for conservatives or those who intend to vote for Romney.

Just wondering which of these two scenarios would be more disappointing for you? And why.

1) Romney loses and Obama is reelected

2) Romney wins and nothing changes from Obamas presidency. He doesn't actually repeal Obamacare, the troops are still off fighting wars and everything else pretty much just carries over from Obama.

So which would disappoint you more and why?

Number one.

If Obama was this bad when he knew he had to at least pretend he wasn't a socialist to have a prayer of being reelected, I can only imagine how much worse it will be when he is no longer restrained by that obstacle.
