Whatever. It's not a "preach"; it's his résumé -- which includes four different political parties, the Klan, the Nazis and his own creation the NAAWP. Affiliation with this or that political party isn't some kind of infection that taints the whole organization --- that would be a Composition Fallacy. But it is instructive to assess where somebody thinks their appeal lies.

Actually I just took that tangent to correct the "head of the Klan" bit and put it in context.

The monarchy and nobles ruled and they were the recipients of government largess, but as ordinary citizens were given rights and the vote, the welfare of the people took on more importance and government began to cater to ordinary citizens, and we began to hear cries of socialism, welfare, government schools and other terms.

That's just hilarious from a right winger who thinks a "wall" is "hi tech".

So the group that used the FBI to spy on a political opponent - and applauds! thinks they're just like the group that booted the British for hanging around the Post Office.

Deany, were you standing on your head when you wrote the OP?

The last time Democrats liked Russia was when it was communist. They have never forgiven them for overthrowing communism.

    Haha, good one.

The Founding Fathers were for a White nation with unprecendented gun rights, and represented taxes, and Jewish Americans?????????

The 'founders' had inspiration from great thinkers. They came up with some good ideas. There was still a lot they didn't know, didn't understand and didn't do right. They left documents that could address change. Today, much that they didn't or couldn't deal with looks obvious to us. We can't judge them from that perspective, but we can do things now, for us, from our perspective. That led to votes for women, ending slavery, breaking up monopolies and other good things. War power acts, outlandish lobbying, unthinkable campaign spending and invasion of privacy are some examples of negative things.
Who should lead today? Minds as great, as instructed, as inspired as the 'founders'.
    Where are they?
