Which Blue States Have Zero Coupon General Obligation Bonds?

The reason for the question is fairly simple, I am examining the costs and revenues of shorting various blue states.

Zero Coupons pay no interest and therefore have very low carrying costs when shorted. I'm doing this thread for some of my friends on the board that want to hedge their positions in this choppy market.
