I don't think you are right on this. President Trump has explained real clearly to President Un how North Korea can be made great again. Imagine if the President's sons or patriots like Sheldon Adelson were to build resorts in Pyongyang and bring NK into the 21st Century. That would be a plus.

He even had Quantitative Easing by the Fed with near ZERO interest rates yet the economy stayed very tepid, with hollow job growth.
