Yes- they were all considering reducing aid to Ukraine if Ukraine didn't take positive steps to reduce corruption in Ukraine- and firing that corrupt prosecutor was the step they all demanded of Ukraine- before the poured more money into Ukraine.

The difference of course is that Biden operated openly as part of official U.S. policy, for the express purpose of fighting corruption in Ukraine- with the support of our allies, and the Ukrainian people.

Trump on the other hand- used his private attorney and a secret phone call to secretly push Ukraine to make a public announcement on CNN(and why CNN and not Fox....lol) that they were investigating the Bidens. Not to further any stated U.S. foreign policy objective- but to further Trump's political career.
