Nashville is definitely more affluent than most of the surrounding areas. The help is going to 27 counties in TN, not just Nashville. The schools are already back in session, and some of the were full of water up the the roof. That's pretty amazing to me! Volunteers are helping out all over the city, and thanks to them the Farmer's Market is about to be back in service too.

I wouldn't think so. I doubt they exist. You can't reopen a school only a few days after its been flooded to the roof. At least, not in the same building.
