I keep hearing about Allah, God and all the others, but where are all these people? For them to exist, don't they have to actually be somewhere? So where are they?

Want to rephrase that into something that doesn't sound mocking, inflammatory, or just downright stupid?

If you want to have a *legitimate* conversation, make your point. If you're simply looking to get a rise out of people, I'll move this to the trash, and you can go play in the Flame Zone.

The "Memo" line on my paycheck states "Bitch". :)

See this is why I don't believe in George Washington. Sure, there are a lot of stories out there that he existed and people have made paintings of what he supposedly looked like. People at that time were uneducated, diseased and probably suffered from hallucinations.

Seeing his corpse wouldn't convince me either cause that could be anyone in there.

The Parable of the Madman

by Friedrich Nietzsche

Have you not heard of that madman who lit a lantern in the bright morning
hours,
ran to the market place, and cried incessantly:
"I seek God! I seek God!"
As many of those who did not believe in God
were standing around just then,
he provoked much laughter.
Has he got lost? asked one.
Did he lose his way like a child? asked another.
Or is he hiding?
Is he afraid of us? Has he gone on a voyage? emigrated?
Thus they yelled and laughed.

The madman jumped into their midst and pierced them with his eyes.
"Whither is God?" he cried; "I will tell you.
We have killed him—-you and I.
All of us are his murderers.
But how did we do this?
How could we drink up the sea?
Who gave us the sponge to wipe away the entire horizon?
What were we doing when we unchained this earth from its sun?
Whither is it moving now? Whither are we moving?
Away from all suns?
Are we not plunging continually?
Backward, sideward, forward, in all directions?
Is there still any up or down?
Are we not straying, as through an infinite nothing?
Do we not feel the breath of empty space?
Has it not become colder? Is not night continually closing in on us?
Do we not need to light lanterns in the morning?
Do we hear nothing as yet of the noise of the gravediggers
who are burying God?
Do we smell nothing as yet of the divine decomposition?
Gods, too, decompose.
God is dead.
God remains dead.
And we have killed him.

"How shall we comfort ourselves, the murderers of all murderers?
What was holiest and mightiest of all that the world has yet owned has bled
to death under our knives: who will wipe this blood off us?
What water is there for us to clean ourselves?
What festivals of atonement, what sacred gamesshall we have to invent?
Is not the greatness of this deed too great for us?
Must we ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it?
There has never been a greater deed; and whoever is born after us -
For the sake of this deed he will belong to a higher history than all
history hitherto."

Here the madman fell silent and looked again at his listeners;
and they, too, were silent and stared at him in astonishment.
At last he threw his lantern on the ground,
and it broke into pieces and went out.
"I have come too early," he said then; "my time is not yet.
This tremendous event is still on its way, still wandering;
it has not yet reached the ears of men.
Lightning and thunder require time;
the light of the stars requires time;
deeds, though done, still require time to be seen and heard.
This deed is still more distant from them than most distant stars -
and yet they have done it themselves.

It has been related further that on the same day
the madman forced his way into several churches
and there struck up his requiem aeternam deo.
Led out and called to account, he is said always to have replied nothing
but:
"What after all are these churches now
if they are not the tombs and sepulchers of God?"

An Omnipotent being such as God could be anywhere in the universe He chooses to be. Why don't you ask Him where He is right now?

Why would a god have to be confined to your reality? Check omnipresent.

Corner of First and Amistad is popular these days too.

I think the Motmans believe that god lives on a certain planet. They even know the name of the planet. And I think have a physical description of God.

God resides in a higher dimensionality than ours, therefore we must enter into his realm in order to see him.

John 3:3-8
-3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
-4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
-5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
-6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
-7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
-8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

It would be like a 2-dimensional person wondering why he could not see you or I. It is why scientists spent millions upon millions of dollars to smash atoms just to find out that there really are more dimensions to the universe than the 4 that we can perceive.

God is everywhere. He is not human. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.

Ok, so far we have god is not people, god lives in another dimension/plane and god is everywhere. So if god is everywhere (how do you know this? Is that like being on another plane?) and we're trying to get to heaven to be with god, we will be everywhere too? And all our ancestors are everywhere too?

Does this mean you have no clue what I'm talking about? I don't get it, seemed pretty straightforward to me.

Another day, another way for the Jackals to mock God. With the attitude you display, I am pretty certain that you will never stand in his presence.

I didn't realize that 'super mods' now censored content.

Interesting.
