Since construction and remodeling are service industries the big constraint is the supply of skilled workers and the location match up of affordable land and skilled workers sucks in much of the country. When and how will the match up of locations be solved?

Unpaid Education Is for Young People Who Are Afraid to Grow Up

If talented people aren't paid a salary to get skills or an education, there will be manpower shortages. America is doomed because of this unnatural mandate of its rulers, so foreigners here better listen or they will go down the drain too. Any country that pays students for their grades will lead this century's economy.

Many parts of the county have decided that they don't want to build up because of the last fiasco. They are only willing to build smaller houses. Many areas are against "affordable housing".

Skilled workers are plentiful in many areas. A primary issue is............can you stay straight on the job?

Also competing job offers and off-site automation makes keeping a crew intact a nightmare.
