for starters--something that should've been done YEARS ago--plain common sense::!!
--the hiring freeze!! !!!!!!
that alone is a big winner
and now ending automatic pay hikes and making firing easier!!
--my company always made money--but we didn't always get bonuses or pay raises because they knew how to keep the business from going under [ the US is in HUGE debt ]

these 2 things alone is a big big plus --should've been done many years ago!!
