The only thing that would help the market if he came out and resigned on the spot.

That would be worse. Then we would have President Biden.

Obama has a clue. He ignores it, but he knows it is there. Biden does not.

Biden is not the idiot he appears to be. I read Obama's Wars and Biden seemed like he actually knew what was happening. You can't have been in Congress for as long as he has and be a total zero. Biden at least knows how to negotiate with people who don't share his ideas. Obama does not.
