No one has to ask for the resignations of an outgoing cabinet. They automatically go, unless specifically asked to stay.

What the democrats are afraid of, is that when republicans take over, they won't be able to hide those documents anymore. Holder can be tried for crimes committed while in office unless obama pardons him before he leaves office. The investigation would continue, to find out what happened and if anyone else can be prosecuted.

Laughing because you think people believe your spin? Our last Republican President's sister-in-law was born in Mexico. Our last Republican President's Attorney-General for 7 years was born in Mexico.

It was Obama's Attorney-General who gave guns to Mexico's criminals to kill Mexican police, Mexican opponents to the drug cartels, and US Border Patrol Officer Brian Terry, who died trying to prevent drug operations from marketing their bilge in America, where it is against the law.
