When somebody says like the person you just mentioned who Iā€™m not going to advertise for, that heā€™s going to bring all these jobs back. Well how exactly are you going to do that? What are you going to do? Thereā€™s no answer to it,ā€ Obama said, refusing to even say Trumpā€™s name.

ā€œHe just says, ā€˜Iā€™m going to negotiate a better deal.ā€™ Well how? How exactly are you going to negotiate that? What magic wand do you have? And usually the answer is, he doesnā€™t have an answer,ā€ Obama continued condescendingly.
Obama Flashback: Jobs NOT Coming Back Under Trump

According to manufacturing employment data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, since Mr. Obama took office in 2009, the U.S. has lost about 303,000 manufacturing jobs.
No, Obama, you presided over a loss of manufacturing jobs, and failed to deliver on exports

After President Trump's election....
Employers created 37,000 new manufacturing jobs in July, the Labor Department said Friday, the strongest gain since December and the third straight month in which factory job growth accelerated.
The 327,000 new jobs over the last year represent the best 12-month stretch in 23 years.

Manufacturing jobs growing at fastest rate in 23 years

And of course if a President makes statements and enacts policies like the below that seems to be the "magic wand" that certainly 100% for sure DOESN'T STIMULATE businesses to want to grow.
To hire more people. To spend their filthy profits building plants, hiring people.
