No, sorry I don't have Fridays recipe.

I use the recipe on the back of the "Frank's REDHOT" sauce bottle.
I think Frank"s which used to be Durkees is the best hot sauce out.
If you like hot, these boys il knock your shocks off. Of course as with
any recipe you can always adjust to your taste.

If you don't want to try that, can I interest you in a
Girl scout thin mint cookies recipe?

Not the kind you buy to microwave though. Just real popcorn. With butter and parmesan. Its delicious, low cal, considered a whole grain but even if that's not true, its better than most other stuff yadda yadda.

eat meat. Don't miss that at all and would hate to have to go back to eating dead charred carcasses

I'm strong and healthy with none of the heart disease, cancer, diabetes that the rest of my family has. My youngest sister just died of lung cancer after having 3 heart attacks and diabetes and being unable to do more than hobble to a car to be driven to her favorite "restaurant", Wendy's to gobble down a couple burgers, a double fistful of fries, several sodas.

I like being healthy and looking/acting years younger than I am
