Religious arbitration courts are not new. Native Americans have them. Jews have the Beth Din. I see people going on about how corporations aren't people. In Sharia Law the natural person is upheld and "corporate person-hood" is rejected, the same principle I see people upholding on here. The concept of limited partnerships is also grounded in Sharia Law.

I reject your premise. It has widely happened in Islam. You can start with Indonesia, that has more Muslims than any other country in the world, and on balance practices a benign moderate, 'reformed' version of Islam.

I have no problem with Reform in Islam. I encourage it whole heartedly. That in fact, is the only real solution. We are all Human Beings First. Equally entitled to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. There is no substitute that will stand the test of time. It is really important to remember this, with all of the schemes that are perpetually imposed on us under this banner or that banner. There is no partiality in True Justice.
