The Chargers didn't even wait till the playoffs this year to fold. Getting trounced by the Cincinnati Bengals of all teams no less.

It was an insult. The Chargers looked like they were lost most of the game. They once again got their asses handed to them because another team pushed them around the field.

But why does this happen every year?

Coaching.

Norv Turner is a good Offensive Coordinator but not a good Head Coach. Warren Sapp said he knows a few Chargers and he said they don't practice punt blocking. Thus several of their punts were blocked this season. Turner is one of the most ill-prepared coaches in the league. It took him several games to fix the blocking scheme to prevent being put in a hole early in games. Now they've put themselves in a hole that they couldn't dig themselves out of.

Norv Turner needs to go. Just my opinion.:eusa_pray:

Turner should go and join Wade Phillips at some bass hole. Chargers with decent talent and an easy schedule totally underachieved this year.

They need a coach that is tough on them.

Somebody from Pittsburgh.

Bill Cowher would be a good fit. Pull in Mike Singletary as an assistant and the Chargers would be a hard-nosed football team again.

Right now they're a bunch of underachieving pansies.
