But, the WORST news on this issue is that ALL 3 of Trump older kids are on the board of this fraudulent and unethical enterprise......

If Trump's kids are facing indictment, the Donald may be pissed enough to declare war on Iceland......

No one is, in all likelihood, going to face indictments over this. There might be fines, and probably taxes to be paid.

The worst news will be that it adds to the overall impression of corruption and utter disregard for the law, which might influence the judgment on other issues. As you rightly say, it encompasses a good portion of the Trump family.

Ah, yes, then there's the Trumpletons' screeching about the Clinton Foundation. That one gets funnier every day the Trump Foundation - make that Trump "Foundation" - is under investigation, though I hear it is no longer operational.

You know that the term "indictment" belongs to criminal law, right? If you read the wiki-article you just posted, all the suits are civil - up to now. That might change in case the investigation extends to tax laws and felony tax fraud. But... we'll just have to wait and see.
