12+ hour flights on 3 occasions, between...

London and Tokyo
London and Kuala Lumpur
London and Cape Town

Longest of all was KL, which was about 13.5 hours.

Mine was from Atlanta to Istanbul. About 8 hours going and 9 hours coming back from Athens to Atlanta. I think I would die on a 12 hour flight.

I can't remember how long it was, maybe 12 hours, maybe less. It was Dover Delaware to Munich Germany on a C-5. What I do remember is that it was bitterly cold.

The distance was only about 1800 miles but my trip was in a DC-6 piston driven plane, from Indianapolis to San Diego in 1960.

Holy shit! How long was the flight?

Pressurised cabin?
I place it at just about 8 hours by my watch. leaving Indy at about 23:00, and arriving San Diego just after sun-up, going against a head-wind in late December, and yes, it wasn't as primitive as you might imagine.

1 Year ago flying Delta from JFK to Fort Lauderdale.

Flight depature was set for 6:20

We boarded the plane at 6...everything seemed on time...then I remembered...O yea this is JFK the worst airport in the fucking country

Stayed on the airplane in it's parking spot till 10 pm and landed in fort lauderdale at 1am

I've been on longer flights...I flew to Italy but that flight was by far the most excruciating
