There alot of direct democracy groups created and forming,basically the premise is the eliminate of the variable.of government self interest and mususe. What we need is a free capitalist market,competative like we used to be,if you have it,you earn it,not have it redistributed without your choice to those making the decisions for us,that only have their own interests in mind.

and no, they don't work by "our command" b/c we're not a true democracy. we're a representative republic with democratic principles. the remedy if you don't like what they do is to not re-elect them.

actually, history has proven that the middle class only exists with governmental intervention. which is why things are so much better since the new deal than they were previously.

and their interest is in getting re-elected. get money out of politics and you get rid of most of the garbage.
