St. Reagan and Daddy Bush only had one flag each behind them. Clinton had two, and Little Bush had three but they appeared to be mixed in with Union Jacks.

So in the race to be most American, Clinton is in first place, W is in second (by virtue of his flags being averaged out with furners flags), Daddy Bush and St Reagan are tied for third place and Obama comes in dead last.
