Well?
Obama promised to change us fundamentally, and liberals cheered.
So please tell me what's wrong, why it needs to be changed and why it's been fundamental.
again another jack ass who thinks spelling matters.... So can you debate me or just masterbate?
you can't argue well or spell well? You poor baby
hey, language professor!
Have you forgotten to use upper case letters to start a sentence?
Fundamentally wrong?
America has gotten just plain mean. Politics has evolved into dog fights over every single issue big and small. There is no middle ground in America, no concession, no compromise, no "walk a mile in the other guys shoes"
The internet and the media has fueled it. They instantly and viciously attack anyone who tries to compromise. A "win/win" solution is a loss because it allows the other guy to win also
What's fundamentally wrong with America?
We allowed statists to throw out the Constitution.
we elected people that voted out our rights then re-elected them.
truer words and all that
Read "Greedy Bastards" by Dylan Ratigan.
What is wrong with our country is the Greedy Bastards that inhabit just about every aspect of our nation....energy, trade, banking, healthcare, education and government/taxation.
It's a great read and it is very party neutral...both sides have their share of the blame and most of it revolves around campaign money.
Just an example...do you realize that the price we pay at the.pump for a gallon of gas is less than a third of the actual cost? Who.pays the other 2/3? Everybody...in the form of taxes....taxes to keep our.military ready to put out the "fires" in the middle East in order to keep things relatively stable, the cost of health care for folks.that have breathing issues.in our cities where the air quality is shitty.at times, let's not forget direct subsidation of both the oil industry and the the farming industry(ethanol) economists estimate the true cost for a gallon of regular unleaded to be between $10-15. If we were.paying that at the pump, there would be a revolution...but because.it's hidden from us, most don't even pay attention...unless it goes up a significant amount at the pump.....that's not to.mention that we are funding people who don't fucking like us.
Obviously...he goes into much greater detail than I can recall off the top of my head....but it's definitely worth the price.of admission.
Madison, Jefferson, Hamilton, Washington, Adams, Chief Justice Marshall...and many more could not agree on things, yet somehow you think you know exactly what they didn't and struggled with?
How does that make any sense? Where did DTMB say we had to agree on everything?
The reality is, we've allowed liberals (on BOTH sides of the aisle) to ignore the ultimate law of the land and do whatever the hell they wanted.
name the GOP liberals

right wingers still don't get it
they will use a post totally out of context and take it off topic

The only "Greedy Bastads" are the libtards like you. There is nothing "greedy" about hard work and long hours. Whatever you reap from that is well deserved.
It's you libtards who demand free food, free housing, free healthcare, free transportation, free education, etc. that are the "greedy (lazy) bastards".
OP- Very simple, it's the new bs GOP since Reagan, pandering totally to the greedy idiot mega rich, voodoo has ruined the non rich and the country, and just as bad or worse, the greedy idiot megarich support a disgraceful new, gigantic bs propaganda machine never seen before in the USA., producing functional idiots/haters so well represented on this forum.
See my sig pp 1 for what they're never told, pp 2-3 for the idiocy they believe. Get nothing but hate, bs gloom and doom 24/7.
Now finally the madness is ending-thanks for 9/11, the stupidest wars ever, ANOTHER Pub Great World Depression, and 5 years of mindless obstruction and fear mongering.
Sorry about the truth being so repetitive, dupes, in comparison to your ever changing, no fact check ever infotainment disgrace...
name the GOP liberals
all the ones who have been labled RINOS.....
McCain, Bush Sr, Bush Jr, Romney, ... even Reagan had two bad moments... first when he increased taxes to "fix" ss and also when he provided amnesty to the illegals.

We've seen what you libroids mean when you say "compromise." That's your code word for, "conservatives must cave to your agenda." No thanks, we're witnessing right now what kind of shit hole country caving to liberal policies has gotten us.
So please tell me what's wrong, why it needs to be changed and why it's been fundamental.
The satellite, cellular and internet technology that makes profits possible across a variety of sectors was initially developed under the Cold War Pentagon and NASA budgets, at places like MIT and Stanford. If this is too abstract for you, imagine the technology required to put a man on the moon or a space rover on mars. This technology was developed by the state sector and handed to the private sector so they could develop it commercially and profit from it. (Glenn Beck doesn't mention stuff like this, but the real surprise is that he has listeners who don't notice. The Republican Party, which was captured by concentrated wealth, took a generation of well-meaning but under-educated conservative Americans and basically fucking lied to them. -and they also agitated them using the culture war so that these well meaning patriots would mistrust any liberal who tried to show them where (say) satellite technology came from (and who profits from it). That is, John Galt is no longer persecuted by government, like he was in the 30s and 40s, rather, he has turned government into his private subsidy and bailout machine. But, see, John Galt ain't stupid because he pays into the Republican message machine to lie about the fact that he not only profits from government, but owns it. Until we as a nation find a way to rescue conservative voters from this massive cloud of bullshit, we will continue to misread the fundamental problems facing America)
But it doesn't stop there. Government has provided more to the private sector than most people will ever realize. Indeed, research the relationship between government, Boeing and commercial aviation. Research the commercial benefits of the interstate system, or the fact that the Pentagon stabilizes global supply chains so that raw material, products, and capital can flow around the globe more efficiently.
When you're at it, research how dependent the southwest is on the Hoover Dam ... or the energy and water that FDR brought to parts of the rural south.
Point is that much of our economy depends on a partnership between government and the private sector. This is why all large corporations open large lobbying offices in Washington DC, so they can gain access to the public's considerable financial resources.
In the fifties and sixties, great Conservative centrists like Dwight Eisenhower and Richard Nixon understood government's role in feeding technology and infrastructure to the private sector.
Reagan also understood government's role as part of the solution, but he played a very devious game. He unleashed a movement which would seek out the dumbest Americans in order to convince them that government did nothing to help profit. He did this to put downward pressure on the taxes of his wealthy and corporate donors. He wanted corporations to continue to enjoy government's fruits, but he didn't want them to have to pay for it. This is what lead to an endless cycle of growing and crippling deficits.
30 years of anti-government propaganda has destroyed government's ability to effectively support technological development, education and industrial infrastructure - or provide needed oversight in the financial sector. As a result, we have crumbling schools and bridges punctuated by terminal bailouts of the corporate crooks who own both parties. Oh, and China is eating our lunch as the US economy is being hollowed out by special interest monopolies in health care and energy. Rather than innovating and lowering prices, we have seen the opposite. Corporations now spend more on election funding & lobbying rather than R&D. Senators don't serve the common man; rather, they are just biding their time until them can move on to lucrative lobbying career. This is why Newt Gingrich was hired by Fannie/Freddie . . . he gave them access to lawmakers.
Ronald Reagan took the government which defeated the Nazis, put a man on the moon, and built the world's greatest infrastructure ... and he convinced morons that this same government couldn't run a laundromat (but it could rebuild the Arab world in our image). Again, well meaning conservative voters didn't see the contradiction, that is, they can't address the problem because they are kept in such a fog. "Get your government hands off my medicare"
Reagan made government so weak and corrupt that it was no match for the financial influence of the corporations which now own it.
What's wrong with the USA you say? The Republicans have raised a generation of voters to believe that government plays no role in economic growth. This great nation was built by a partnership between government and the private sector. The Republicans destroyed one half of that necessary partnership. The monopolies are safely in place and the game is over.
The satellite, cellular and internet technology that makes profits possible across a variety of sectors was initially developed under the Cold War Pentagon and NASA budgets, at places like MIT and Stanford.
And yet you libtards scream day and night about defunding defense so that you parasites can receive more free food, free housing, free healthcare, free transportation, and free education.
If this is too abstract for you, imagine the technology required to put a man on the moon or a space rover on mars. This technology was developed by the state sector and handed to the private sector so they could develop it commercially and profit from it. (Glenn Beck doesn't mention stuff like this)
And you don't mention the trillions upon trillions of waste, fraud, and abuse that the federal government spent while inefficiently developing these technologies.
What isn't a surprise is how the Dumbocrat Party was completely hijacked by ill-intending socialists/marxists/communists who took a bunch of completely uneducated Americans and completely lied to them (and continue to do so to this day).
You libtards are the fucking assholes who have (and I quote) "turned government into his private subsidy and bailout machine"!!!
It's conservatives who are trying to get government the fuck OUT of our private corporations, our private affairs, and our private lives. And it's you fucking libtard parasites who keep demanding more government, then cry about the results and complain about "John Galt's personal subsidy machine". God Almighty are you the poster child for the ignorant, uninformed brainwashed libtard.
Of course, because they have an annual net income of $4 trillion per year by robbing the working American blind. Do you know of any corporation which has $4 trillion at it's fingertips for R&D?!? Again, glaring evidence of how fucking stupid you are. You've been spoon-fed the official Dumbocrat playbook and you swallowed it down whole without chewing.
Relationships that should not exist because governments role is not to build relationships with the private sector. Their role is clearly defined in the U.S. Constitution if you lazy libtards would ever take the time to read it.
No, it's not you ignorant asshole. They have lobbyists in an attempt to protect themselves from parasites like you. Communists who believe that they are entitled to everything the private business earns.
Furthermore, thank you for illustrating what a buffoon you are with your comment about the (and I quote again) "public's considerable financial resources". Why the fuck does our federal government have "considerable financial resources"?!? They were never intended to. You just admitted that we are over taxing and crushing the individual and the private sector (something you want as a communist who wants centralized government to control everything).
No stupid - it's the Dumbocrats communist programs (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare, etc.) which have "lead to an endless cycle of growing and crippling deficits". Our defense budget (a Constitutional responsibility of the federal government) is $500+ billion per year. We spend over $1 trillion per year on your socialist programs.
Furthermore, when those socialist bullshit programs were implemented, we had 38 workers for every 1 person on those programs. Today, thanks to the growing parasite class assholes like you have created, we have 16 workers for every 1 person on those programs. That is why we have the crippling debt moron.
Thank God! The communist libtard had caused the federal government to overreach and illegally expand their powers for nearly 100 years. You're just pissed off that the American people finally woke up and started to return government to it's rightful place (ie as the obedient bitch of the American people - instead of the masters of the American people that you wish it to be).
He didn't convince them of shit - the American people saw for themselves that the federal government couldn't run a laundromat without spending $1 trillion per year on the laundromat and creating over 400 new regulations for it - all of which drive up costs even further and create greater inefficiencies.
Reagan made government so weak and corrupt that it was no match for the financial influence of the corporations which now own it.
And that is why Reagan is one of the two greatest presidents in U.S. history. Better corporate corruption is nothing compared to the government corruption we have to deal with from Dumbocrats - like the Fast & Furious, Benghazi, IRS, and AP scandals.
What's wrong with the USA you say? The Republicans have raised a generation of voters to believe that government plays no role in economic growth. This great nation was built by a partnership between government and the private sector. The Republicans destroyed one half of that necessary partnership. The monopolies are safely in place and the game is over.
There was no "partnership" in the 1700's when the American people experience real, actual freedom. There was no "partnership" in the 1800's when America expanded and experienced real growth. It wasn't until the 1900's - when Karl Marx philosophy made it's way over here - that libtards started crying "we can't do it without government" (even though we had been doing it for 130 years).
The fact is, you're just another communist libtard parasite who wants government controlling everything so that you can steal other's piece of the pie. You're entire ignorant rant lacked one single fact.
Come back and talk to us when you've read the reports on government waste, fraud, abuse and are actually informed for once.
Liberals say; "What scandals!!!!"
Insane politicians leading desperate buffoons over a cliff.
That is what has fundamentally changed in this country.
Common- sense and rationality have been thrown out the window. The rest of the world is right now laughing at us because this rubbish only works in focus groups. Not in reality.
