Have you looked at American health care recently? Frankly, half the doctors I've had in the last decade have been named "Patel".
 
Someone needs to change the word 'government' to another word that does not cause the right wing conservative republican to automatically put on blinders. The corporate war on government has brainwashed the right and many others in the middle. Somalia is the answer but I doubt they'd like living there.
